At Eyes On Emotions, my mission is to help individuals restore emotional balance, release trapped emotions, and experience greater well-being through the practice of Emotional Energy Healing.
As a certified Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code Practitioner, I guide clients on their journey of inner-rebalancing and transformation. With more than seven years of experience in this powerful modality created by Dr Bradley Nelson, I specialise in identifying and releasing emotional blockages and energetic imbalances that may be keeping you from living fully.
Emotions are not just fleeting feelings — they are vital indicators of our physical, mental, and spiritual health. When ignored, unresolved emotions can appear in many ways: tension or pain in the body, uneasiness in the stomach, sleepless nights filled with anxiety, or even intense fear that disrupts daily life. Experience
Journey into Emotional Mastery
From a young age, I was labelled emotional and sensitive. As I grew older, these emotions began to manifest as physical signs and dis-ease. Dealing with different emotional states became a daily challenge, and I often felt overwhelmed by the intensity of what I was experiencing.
Not only did I carry a wide range of emotions, but I also had an innate ability to read the emotions of others. I could recognise the vacant, glossy stare that hinted at something deeper, sense the split second before someone broke down in tears, and notice the subtle hesitation that signalled something profound. I could feel grief in a person’s eyes that no one else seemed to notice, and the pain in their heart resonated in mine. I always reached out, asking if they were okay — and people were often surprised by how accurately I could read them. In a world that so often represses feelings, I made others feel seen and heard. I have always believed that emotions ignored or left unhealed will slowly erode a person’s wellbeing — body, mind, and spirit.
During my journalistic career, I channelled this sensitivity into crafting and editing compelling stories, interviewing people from a place of authenticity, and uncovering who they truly were as individuals. Over time, I turned to the creative arts, channelling my emotions into poetry, music, and books. I also embraced body-based practices such as yoga and movement, using them as tools for emotional mastery.
Yet beneath the surface, something always felt unresolved. Modalities like Reiki and Emotional Freedom Technique offered temporary relief, but the sense of calm would fade within days, leaving me back in the same unsettled state.
Everything shifted in 2018 during a poetry trip to Seattle, where I stumbled upon Dr Bradley Nelson’s Emotion Code. In a small coffee shop, a Body Code practitioner named Pam was offering sessions. As she released trapped emotions from me one by one — emotions I hadn’t realised I was carrying but that made perfect sense — something within me awakened. I received the book immediately, asked her to share her knowledge, and began practising this powerful method of releasing trapped emotional energy on myself and others.
Back home, the Emotion Code became my saving grace. Whenever I felt off-balance, I would check for and release trapped emotions: fear, anxiety, creative insecurity, sadness. I began to understand that emotions are not just mental experiences — they are energy frequencies generated by the organs in our bodies. Did you know that the lungs produce grief and crying, or that the stomach generates worry, nervousness, and anxiety? Our emotions don’t just arise from thoughts or life events; they are literally created and stored in the body — and that’s where we feel them most.
By 2024, my passion for Dr Bradley Nelson’s work deepened further. I studied his Body Code technique and committed to becoming certified. Over time, I worked with more than 50 incredible individuals, helping them release emotions, correct imbalances, and clear belief systems that no longer served them. By the end of 2025, I proudly became a certified practitioner: Emotion Code (ECP1), Body Code (BCP2), and Belief Code (BCP3).
Today, I feel honoured to share this gift of emotional energy healing with others. Every session is unique, every individual carries their own story, and the emotions that surface are always precise and meaningful to their healing. I feel blessed to do this work — guiding people to release what holds them back, reconnect with their inner balance, and experience true emotional freedom.
