About
At Eyes on Emotions, the intention is to help individuals restore emotional balance, release trapped emotions and experience deeper well-being through the gentle practice of Emotional Energy Healing. When we keep an eye on our emotions — acknowledging them, listening to them, tending to them — we set them free and create space for a calmer, clearer and more grounded version of ourselves.
As a certified Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code Practitioner, I guide clients through their journey of inner rebalancing and transformation. With more than seven years of experience in this powerful modality by Dr Bradley Nelson, I specialise in identifying and releasing emotional blockages and energetic imbalances that may be holding you back from living fully and authentically.
Emotions are far more than fleeting feelings — they are vital indicators of our physical, mental and spiritual health. When left unaddressed, unresolved emotions can surface as tension in the body, uneasiness in the stomach, restless nights filled with anxiety or even overwhelming fear that disrupts daily life. These experiences are reminders that you are not meant to be ruled by your emotions, but to understand them, learn from them and ultimately find freedom within them. Keeping our eyes on our emotions opens the path to resilience, softness and deep healing.
Through intuitive, yet precise techniques that work with the subconscious mind and energy body, I help release trapped emotions, clear energetic distortions and restore harmony across your system. Many clients report relief from emotional burdens, shifts in physical discomfort and a renewed sense of calm and clarity. Each session is designed to bring awareness, peace and an empowered reconnection with the self.
If you feel ready to begin your healing journey, I warmly invite you to book a session. Together, we will explore the emotional landscape within you and gently uncover the path toward balance, understanding and inner freedom.

Catherine's Experience
Journey into Emotional Mastery
From a young age, I was seen as someone who felt deeply — an intuitive, empathic child who absorbed the world through emotion. As I grew older, this heightened sensitivity began to manifest as physical tension and dis-ease. Navigating intense emotional states became a daily challenge, and there were times when I felt overwhelmed by the depth of what I was experiencing.
It wasn’t just my own emotions I carried; I had an innate ability to tune into the emotional landscape of others. I could recognise the vacant, glossy stare that hinted at something hidden, sense the split second before someone broke into tears, and notice the quiet hesitation that signalled something unspoken. I could feel grief in someone’s eyes when no one else seemed to notice, and the weight in their heart often resonated in mine. I reached out instinctively, and people were frequently surprised by how accurately I could read what they were feeling.
In a world that often represses or dismisses emotions, I made others feel seen. I’ve always believed that emotions left unacknowledged or unhealed slowly erode our wellbeing — body, mind and spirit.
During my journalistic career, I channelled this emotional attunement into storytelling: crafting and editing narratives, interviewing others from a place of truth, and uncovering who they were beneath the surface. I also turned to creative expression — poetry, music, and books — as a way to translate my own emotional depth. Later, I embraced movement practices such as yoga to cultivate emotional mastery through the body.
And yet, something still felt unresolved. Modalities like Reiki and EFT soothed me temporarily, but the calm never stayed. I would return to the same internal turbulence.
Everything shifted in 2018, during a poetry trip to Seattle. In a small coffee shop, I met a Body Code practitioner named Pam. As she released trapped emotions one by one — emotions I hadn’t consciously recognised but that made perfect sense — something inside me awakened. I bought Dr Bradley Nelson’s book immediately, asked Pam to share her knowledge, and began practising this powerful method of releasing trapped emotional energy on myself and others.
The Emotion Code quickly became my anchor. Whenever I felt out of balance, I would release trapped emotions — fear, anxiety, creative insecurity, sadness. I began to understand that emotions are not abstract mental experiences but frequencies generated by the organs of the body. The lungs create grief; the stomach produces worry, nervousness and anxiety. Our emotions don’t only come from thoughts or events — they are literally created and stored within us.
By 2024, my passion for Dr Nelson’s work deepened further. I pursued Body Code training, worked with more than 50 individuals, and witnessed profound shifts in their emotional and physical wellbeing. By the end of 2025, I became certified in the Emotion Code (ECP1), Body Code (BCP2), and Belief Code (BCP3).
Today, I feel honoured to share this work with others. Every session is unique, every individual carries a story of their own, and every emotion that surfaces arrives with perfect timing. I am grateful to guide others in releasing what holds them back, reconnecting with their natural balance, and experiencing true emotional freedom.
