overactive mind can become.

I Know What It Is Like To Worry About Everything!!! 😅🥲

My name is Catherine Napalai. I am a certified Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code practitioner at Eyes on Emotions. For as long as I could remember, I was a worrier.

When I was young, my parents and teachers called me a “worry wart” and said that I was always making mountains out of a molehills. People often commented on how much I worried about everything. It was not simply gentle teasing; at times, they were genuinely concerned.

My worry affected much more than my thoughts. During one school football match, I became so overwhelmed that I picked up the ball with my hands in the middle of the game. It became one of the most embarrassing moments of my early life — and, like many embarrassing moments, something I replayed in my mind afterwards.

There were also days when I stayed home from school because I was worrying so much that I felt unable to face the classes or the people. Before the day had even begun, my mind had already convinced me that I would not be able to cope.

As I grew older, the circumstances changed, but the pattern continued. I left jobs that I was perfectly capable of doing because I had worried myself ill over whether I could manage them.

I could do the work — but worry convinced me that I could not.

That is what too much worry can do. It can quietly make our lives smaller and prevent us from discovering what we are truly capable of.

Worry does not always slam doors in our faces. Sometimes, it persuades us not to open them.

My own struggle with worry was one of the reasons I was drawn to the Emotion Code when I first discovered it. It marked the beginning of a new way of understanding myself and eventually led me to the work I practise today.

Over time, I began to recognise that worry was not an unchangeable part of my identity. Today, I no longer define myself as a worrier or allow worry to decide what I am capable of. But I still remember exactly what it felt like to live with a mind that rarely allowed me to rest.

That is why I created From Worrier to Warrior. I wanted to create the gentle, practical guide I wish I had been given when I was younger — one that could help people understand their worry, calm their bodies and respond to themselves with compassion rather than criticism.

A Warrior is not someone who never worries.

To me, a Warrior is someone who can hear their worry, understand what it is trying to protect and keep moving forward without allowing fear to make every decision.

If worry has been closing doors in your life, I hope this guide helps you begin opening them again — one page, one breath and one brave choice at a time. 🫶🏼

Does This Sound Like You?

You lie awake thinking about tomorrow...

You replay conversations long after they've ended.

You prepare for every possible outcome because it feels safer that way.

You struggle to relax — even when everything is actually okay.

Your mind tells you that if you just think a little longer, you'll finally feel in control.

But instead...

The worry grows.

The overthinking gets louder.

Your body stays tense.

And you feel exhausted from carrying thoughts that never seem to end.

If any of this feels familiar, you're not broken.

You're human.

And there is a gentler way forward.

What If Worry Isn't The Problem?

Many people believe they simply worry "too much."

But worry is rarely a flaw.

Often, it's a protective response — a part of you trying its best to keep you safe.

The problem isn't that your mind cares.

The problem is that it never gets permission to rest.

From Worrier to Warrior helps you understand why worry happens, soothe your nervous system, and gently guide yourself back to calm — without judgment, pressure, or trying to force positive thinking.

Imagine What Could Change...

Imagine waking up without your mind already racing.

Imagine making decisions without endlessly second-guessing yourself.

Imagine letting conversations end without replaying every word.

Imagine feeling calmer in your body.

Imagine finally believing that peace is possible.

That journey doesn't begin with perfection.

It begins with one page.

One breath.

One small act of kindness towards yourself.

Why This Approach Is Different

There are countless books that tell people to simply “stop worrying”.

But meaningful change does not come through criticising yourself for how you feel.

It begins with understanding.

Instead of fighting every worried thought, you will learn how to meet worry with greater compassion, support your nervous system and practise new responses when your mind begins to spiral.

The guide combines emotional reflection with practical techniques for the mind and body. It is not about becoming perfectly calm or never worrying again.

It is about building a kinder, steadier relationship with yourself.

No pressure.

No perfection.

Just comforting, practical tools you can actually use.

A Gentle Note

From Worrier to Warrior is a self-support resource created to encourage emotional wellbeing and personal reflection. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace professional medical or mental health care.

If worry feels persistent, overwhelming, frightening, or is significantly affecting your daily life, please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.

Looking For More Personal Support?

If this guide resonates with you and you feel ready to explore the deeper emotional patterns connected to your worry, you may also wish to book an Emotion Code or Belief Code session with Catherine Napalai at Eyes on Emotions.

While From Worrier to Warrior provides practical tools you can use independently, an Emotion Code session offers personalised support to gently explore emotional patterns connected to worry, fear, overthinking, self-doubt or feeling emotionally stuck, while a Belief Code session addresses faulty belief systems linked to worry, many derived from childhood.

For many people, the guide is the first step.

Personal sessions are available whenever you feel ready for the next one.
